Shipping

All items purchased online will be shipped and processed within 2-4 business days. Sunday and Monday does not count as a business day as the store is closed on those days. All orders will be provided a tracking number once a shipping label is created. 

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. We cannot issue a refund or exchange on any of the products sold in store or online. 

Here at EG Collectibles we will carefully package all items being shipped out. We unfortunately cannot control how a shipping carrier may handle the packages while in route to their destination. 

All items with any damage/defect will have a description provided as to what the damage/defect is. EG Collectibles will provide detailed pictures when such item is listed online so our customers can know what condition they should be expecting our items to be in.

Customers are encouraged to reach out to EG Collectibles via E-Mail or phone call regarding any questions prior to making an online purchase.
