Pre Registration - Pokemon League Cup Aug 3rd

Pre Register for our Pokemon League Cup on August 3rd at 10am! Store will be open at 9am to allow players to check in. When checking out, please make sure your name on the order matches the name you will be using for the event. Here is what you need to know:

• Rounds played and Top Cut will depend on attendance
• Rounds will be Best of 1 (BO1), 30 minutes per round
• Top cut will be Best of 3 (BO3), 50 minutes per round. The final will be granted 75 minutes to play and will still be BO3.
• We are limited to 32 players across all divisions.
• Deck lists are required prior to the start of the round. You may send us a copy of your deck list ahead of time via email to egcollectiblesllc@gmail.com
• Deck list forms will be available to be filled out prior to the first round start
• We ALWAYS pay out 100% of all entries back to the top players in store credit, prizing will depend on attendance across each division. If you are the only player in seniors or juniors division, you automatically win your division. However, we do not issue any store credit as prizing. In the event you are the only player in your division, you will be given an extra prize series pack for each win throughout the tournament. 
• Every participant will receive 1 pack of the latest Pokemon Prize Series for participating
• You may cancel for a full refund if you cancel by August 1st 11:59pm. If you would like to cancel your pre registration after that time, you will not be refunded but instead issued store credit to be used at the store for any events or purchases. 
• Black Volt and White Flare WILL BE LEGAL for this event!
